Story Summary
The film picks up six months after the events of Drishyam 2. The case against the Salgaonkar family has been closed for lack of evidence, and Vijay has turned the story of his past into a successful film while trying to move on with his family.
Meera Deshmukh is still unable to accept that she could not prove Vijay’s involvement in her son Sameer’s death. Her husband Mahesh, who earlier opposed the idea, asks SP Rajveer Singh Tomar of the Crime Branch to reopen the investigation. Tomar has a doubt that nobody in the force pursued before: that Vijay may have replaced Sameer’s skeletal remains shortly before the court proceedings.
Tomar and SI Laxmikant Gaitonde quietly resume the investigation and start monitoring Vijay’s movements. They notice that Vijay has been visiting a local church and has befriended Raghu, the security guard at the medical college where the case evidence was once stored. The surveillance slowly tightens around a man who has always stayed one step ahead. To find out whether the Salgaonkar family’s secret finally comes out, you have to watch the film. No spoilers here.

The digital streaming rights of Drishyam: The Conclusion have been acquired by Netflix. The film is not yet available for streaming as of 23 October 2026; it is still running in theatres.
