PGYTECH wants RetroVa to turn your iPhone 17 Pro into something you shoot with, not just tap. It’s an iPhone camera grip with camera-like ergonomics, physical controls, and a retro shell that’s clearly meant to scratch the compact camera itch. The campaign says an optional 2.35x telephoto extender can reach up to 235mm optical on iPhone 17 Pro, a spec that’s designed to make distant subjects look less like smudges than they do with heavy digital zoom. RetroVa is live on Kickstarter, and a featured bundle shown for an iPhone 17 Pro Max setup lists $184 alongside a higher MSRP.…

Back in the spring, “Made in USA” became one of Amazon’s hottest search terms. Anxiety around tariff-induced price hikes had shoppers punching in patriotic queries, giving online merchants hope that domestic manufacturing may give them a competitive edge. But the momentum proved fleeting. New data from Momentum Commerce, a retail consultancy, shows that searches for “Made in America” products have since collapsed, reverting by July 2025 to nearly identical levels as the prior year. And even at their peak, those searches barely translated into sales. According to Momentum Commerce’s analysis, April and May 2025 saw search volume for “Made in…

What’s happened? For the first time, a discrete graphics card has been publicly demonstrated running on Windows on ARM. As reported first by ITHome, the GPU in question is the Lisuan 7G106, a Chinese-made dGPU that was recently shown running a 3DMark benchmark on an ARM-based Windows system. Those of a nervous disposition might want to skip this article. It’s about some of the creepiest robots ever to have walked this Earth. Apart from this one, perhaps.  Part of a new art exhibition at Art Basel Miami, the robot dogs feature unnervingly lifelike copies of the heads of some of the biggest names in tech — think Elon Musk, Mark Zuckerberg, and Jeff Bezos. Art legends Andy Warhol and Pablo Picasso also appear. But it gets weirder. Part of an exhibit called Regular Animals, the camera-equipped robots walk around a small enclosure before occasionally squatting to poop out an…

American Eagle has become the loudest voice in the denim wars. The brand’s high-profile campaigns with Sydney Sweeney and Travis Kelce have drawn 40 billion impressions, sold out products and brought in just under 800,000 new customers since late July. But as supply chain costs surge and pricing pressure builds, investors are asking whether American Eagle’s focus on cultural heat is coming at the cost of sustainable growth. “In Q2, we were the No. 1 brand for 15‑ to 25‑year‑olds and the No. 2 jeans brand for 15‑ to 29‑year‑olds,” said Jennifer Foyle, president and executive creative director of American Eagle and…

We tend to think of the Apple App Store and Google Play Store as digital “walled gardens” – safe, curated spaces where dangerous or sleazy content gets filtered out long before it hits our screens. But a grim new analysis by the Tech Transparency Project (TTP) suggests that the walls have some serious cracks. The report reveals a disturbing reality: both major storefronts are currently infested with dozens of AI-powered “nudify” apps. These aren’t obscure tools hidden on the dark web; they are right there in the open, allowing anyone to take an innocent photo of a person and digitally…
