Infinix has announced that the GT 50 Pro will launch in India on 27 October. The phone will be sold exclusively through Flipkart and carries a Cyber Mecha-inspired design with a liquid cooling system that is partly visible through the rear panel. It follows the Infinix GT 30 Pro, which debuted in India in June last year.
The GT 50 Pro is aimed at mobile gamers on a budget, and Infinix is also teasing a set of gaming accessories around the launch. Indian pricing will be announced on 27 October.
Design and colour options
Infinix says the GT 50 Pro takes cues from the sculpted forms and aerodynamic lines of supercars. The rear panel has a Kevlar-style textured finish on a 2D composite panel, which the company says keeps the phone light while adding durability. Two colour options are coming: Black Abyss with a green cooling accent, and Red Blaze with a red one.
The highlight is the HydroFlow Liquid Cooling system with what Infinix calls India’s first Explicit Viewport Design. A dedicated window on the back exposes the liquid-cooling channels, and a specialised printing process creates a 3D light-and-shadow effect that mimics mechanical pipes.

Specifications from the global model
The GT 50 Pro has already launched in select global markets on 24 April 2026, so the core specifications are known. The phone gets a MediaTek Dimensity 8400 Ultimate processor, a 6.78-inch LTPS AMOLED display with up to a 144Hz refresh rate, and up to 12GB RAM with 512GB storage plus 12GB of extended RAM.
The cameras are a 50-megapixel main sensor and an 8-megapixel secondary sensor at the back, with a 13-megapixel selfie camera. A 6,500mAh battery backs the phone with 45W wired and 30W wireless charging. The phone runs Android 16 out of the box.
What to expect from the gaming features
The thermal setup uses a self-developed flow-channel design with a dual-pump system for heat dissipation, which Infinix says keeps cooling hardware in view instead of hiding it inside the body. The global model also carries pressure-sensitive shoulder triggers, a staple of the GT series, for console-like controls in games.
Infinix has teased an ecosystem around the phone, so gaming-focused accessories could debut on 27 October as well. The Flipkart listing should go live with bank offers during the festive season sale window.
