    If you make any online payment, then to complete that transaction, you receive an SMS on the registered mobile number which is called OTP (One Time Password), which is paid only after filling it there. You often noted while making payment. It may happen that without entering the OTP, your payment cannot be completed. Even if you enter the OTP wrong, your payment will not be completed.

    Apart from this, if you login on any website like Google Pay, Phone Pay etc., then OTP comes on your registered mobile number, which you can login only after filling it, OTP is used only once.

    How OTP is generated How OTP Generated

    Algorithms are used to generate OTP. Two inputs are used in this, first is Seed and second is Static Value which never changes. It is generated at the time when a new account is created. Apart from this, Moving Factor changes. so we get a new OTP every time

    1. In this, OTP is valid for short period based on time-synchronization between Authenticator Server and Client.
    2. New password is generated on the basis of Mathematical Algorithm.

    Why OTP Has Been Used

    OTP password is more secure than normal password. Normal password is created by the user himself to secure his account. Normal password can be broken by any hacker in a short time, hence all online service companies use OTP password. So that your account remains completely safe

    This OTP will be sent to you by the service providing company either through OTP message or through voice call or through your Match This is done so that it becomes clear to the company that the user is an authorized user, due to which the user’s account remains completely safe.

    Do Not Share OTP With Anyone

    Often you will get a message that you should not share your OTP with anyone. This means that you should not share your OTP with anyone. OTP usually works as Two Step Authentication which is done through online transaction. Plays an important role in preventing theft of money from your bank account if your Debit Card, Credit Card If it gets lost somewhere and if someone tries to do an online transaction with it, then he will need OTP and OTP always comes on your registered mobile number, in such a situation it is possible that someone may ask you for OTP but you share the OTP with someone. don’t do
